Please read the terms and conditions set out below prior to making your reservation. These terms and conditions govern all bookings with Sun-n-Sea Villas number 7 and 8 c/o Aztec Villas Ltd. The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the booking and accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is also responsible for all payments due from the party. A booking made by you will be under the assumption that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

• Print, complete and sign the relevant Sun-n-Sea Villa 7 or Sun-n-Sea Villa 8 Booking Form.
• Post to: Aztec Villas Ltd, Stable Cottage, The Common, Langley Burrell, Wiltshire, SN15 4LQ, United Kingdom.
• Attach your security/damage deposit cheque of £150 ( Sterling) made payable to Aztec Villas Ltd to your booking form.
• We will “hold” the villa for a period of ten (10) days from the date of your booking to allow time for your deposit to arrive and clear.
• Once your booking form and deposit have been received, we will confirm your reservation in writing and send you a copy of the Guest Information Pack and a complimentary copy of the Eyewitness Top 10 Cyprus Guide.
• Ten (10) weeks prior to your arrival, we will send you a reminder for the balance owing, which is due to be paid six (6) weeks prior to arrival.
• If a reservation is made within six (6) weeks of arrival then the full balance is due at the time of the booking.
• Payment can be made by cheque or cash in to our bank account (details available on request). Other methods are available for our non-UK guests.
• On receipt of the balance owing, we will send you a receipt and directions to the villas together with additional information about key collection, etc.
